This Privacy Policy explains how BoM TV collects, uses and shares information about you when you subscribe to our programming Service, buy products from our online store and visit our Web site(s). What information do we collect?
Personally identifiable information (also called personal information) is information that identifies you individually. It is our policy to collect only the personal information we need to provide you with BoM TV® video trades service, and to provide you with quality web site services.

These are the specific types of information we collect from our customers and web site visitors:
BoM TV® Customer Account Information.
If you are a BoM TV® customer, we collect information needed to service your account, such as your name, address, age, telephone number, account number, subscriber plan, e-mail address, credit card account number, bank account number, social security number and other information you provide to us online or as a customer.

Anonymous Viewing Information.
Your receiver collects information about the viewing choices that you and those in your household make, but that information is not associated with or linked with BoM TV®.

Customer Account Information.
This information may be summarized without identifying individual subscribers for the purpose, among other things, of measuring viewer interests, programming preferences and viewer penetration levels. We may share this summary information without personal identifying information with programmers, sponsors, and business partners.

Website Visitor Information.
Most of the Services on BoM TV are available without our collection of any personally identifiable information from you at all. Some of your information may be automatically collected by our web servers as you browse our site, even if you are not a BoM TV® customer. Our Web server automatically collects information known as “clickstream data,” such as the domain name of the site providing you with internet access, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your browser type and version, operating system and platform, the average time spent on our site, pages viewed, information searched for, access times and other relevant statistics. We use this information in the aggregate to measure the use of our site and to administer and improve our site.

Electronic News letter Subscriptions, Promotional Announcements and Marketing Information.
Customers and Web site visitors may subscribe to e-newsletters, special event alerts and/or special offer notices, and have the option of unsubscribing from these free e-mail Services at any time. BoM TV® web site(s) may also be used to order products or services; activate programming; or enter promotional drawings. BoM TV® customers may also receive marketing and promotional information in the mail. In these cases, BoM TV® collects any or all of the following personal information: first and last name, age, billing/mailing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number/expiration date (when purchasing goods or services), and receiver identification information.

Cookies.
Our Web sites use cookies, information files that your Web browser places on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a Web site, to determine the number of unique users to our Web sites over a given period and to remember user screen names so that the need for multiple logins is eliminated. We do not link or combine information collected through cookies with personal information you have shared with us. Most browsers used by visitors have options that allow the visitor to control whether the browser will accept cookies, reject cookies, or notify the visitor each time a cookie is sent, but setting a browser to reject cookies will limit the range of features available to the visitor on our site.

www.bomtv.us links to outside web sites that are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use, including information collection practices, which may be substantially different from BoM TV’s. What information is collected from children?

www.bomtv.us does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever to www.bomtv.us. How do we use the information we collect?
BoM TV® considers any personally identifiable information we receive from you confidential, and it is our policy to use it only in providing our television service—from sales and installation, to operations, administration, advertising, marketing, support, network provision, maintenance, communications with you, billing, collection and in other ways related to our Services. We may also use such information in dealing with fraud and unauthorized use of our Services. BoM TV® may retain personal customer information in its regular business records as long as someone is a customer or until no longer needed for business or legal purposes. Our security measures for this information are discussed below.

What are our practices regarding sharing information with third parties?
As a matter of overall policy, we do not sell, rent, transfer or disclose your personal information to third parties, subject to the following limited exceptions:

Providers of Business Support Services.
BoM TV® engages contractors and other third parties to provide online account management, technical assistance, order processing/fulfillment and other Services that support our business activities. We take reasonable steps to require these third parties to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and require them to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Affiliated Companies.
We may share your personal information with affiliated business units, all of which are subject to this Privacy Policy.

Marketing.
We may engage in a joint promotion with another organization. If you decide to participate in the promotion, the personal information you submit may be used by BoM TV® and that organization. The organization’s own privacy policy will govern its use of your personal information. None of these joint promotion organizations are covered by this Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. For each joint promotion, we will post a prominent notice where your personal information is requested, explaining how the different privacy policies will apply if you choose to participate in the joint promotion.
